Andy (Agent 5) Gebru- Former Fayetteville State Basketball Player, Currently Playing Professional Basketball in Brazil

"What alot of people dont know is that this @bove @verage training movement started first when Jamel Austin step foot on the campus of Fayetteville State University in 2006. Jamel being my teamate for two years has been all about hard work. He would throw out all different types of drills for me and the other teamates that was enhancing our skills tremendously and i knew then that Jamel would become a great trainer and teacher of the game. @bove @verage has done nothing but work wonders for me and my career. It allowed me to lead the CIAA conference in 3 pointers made for 2 consecutive season and it also helped break the school´s single season record in 3pointers made(91) and the most 3 pointers made in Fayetteville State History as well as allow me to score over 1400pts in my college career and to make All-CIAA 2 years. The very well organized drills that Jamel Austin put me through had me destroying my competiton and it also has allowed me to gain an edge on my defender´s now on the pro level. 1 month before i left to Brazil Jamel Austin worked with me on ball handling, shooting, and agility and it paid off as soon as i got to Brazil. I would highly recommend @bove @verage training for any and everyone who wants to get better at the game of basketball and who wants be surrounded around positive people who really care about your progress not only in the game of basketball but in the ultimate game of LIFE! when i return to the states i will be training with Jamel Austin as well to take my game to an even higher level"

Seth Hawkins Current Fayetteville State Basketball Player

"@@ Training helped me out by focusing on the small things such as keeping ur head up while dribbling, staying low all the time, catching ready to shoot with proper foot work and hands ready to shoot. It also helped me out with my quickness by doing lots of agility workouts such as lateral movement workouts, and jump roping. I recommend @@ training to anyone trying to get better and dominate or stay physically fit."

Mounda Williams Former Fayetteville State Basketball Player, now attends Claflin University.

"I am proud to say that I have benefited from the help and instruction of @@ training. I would recommend this training service to anyone who has the desire to improve his or her game and is willing to put in the necessary work. Jamel Austin is very talented at both finding and creating drills that simulate different game situations such as the screen and roll, transition offense and defensive drills. Another thing that i like about @@ training is the one-on-one interaction. The trainers truly know my strengths and weaknesses. This allows them to help me better my strengths while working to reduce and eventually eliminate my weaknesses. Also, this training service uses gradual progression training methods. As the trainers see improvements in my performance, they alter the drills to keep me challenged which allows me to continue to get better. Lastly, I know that the Jamel Austin and Khaleel Ward work tirelessly in their spare time to improve their services, get new equipment, acquire new drills and build their knowledge of the game. As an aspiring professional basketball player, I really appreciate this about them."

Above Average Training is near deep to my heart because of the values that is taught besides the basketball workouts and the physical fitness. The training teaches you Mind over matter more then anything. Nothing is easy in life and you have to work very hard for what you want and with the extensive program that the staff has put together it teaches that right away. Basketball is my first love so when i see young kids coming to the workouts willing to put in the time to get better and learn the game it really touches me. The name Above Average speaks for its self as far as a different mind set, The future is so bright for Above Average training and i take my hat off to Jamel Austin in his staff. Being a coach you always appreciate kids coming in fundamentally sound and that's what this program provides.
